With a background in the cruise industry, Jennifer Thorson joined Tauck in 1996 as a Tauck Director, specializing in our small-ship cruising itineraries. She has worked seasonally with our Sales team since that time, and began her full-time position in 2002. Her understanding of cruise customers’ desires, combined with her knowledge of Tauck products, helps her to grow agency sales.

Prior to joining Tauck, Janet had over 15 years of cruising industry experience including Sales, Marketing and Charter incentive groups. In her previous role at Windstar Cruises, Janet was National Accounts Manager, working with key accounts including contracting, marketing & sales initiatives plus agency trainings. She is a wonderful asset to Tauck's Sales Team!
Janet is a graduate of University of Washington with a degree in Communications.

Nancy recently joined Tauck with a strong foundation and background in the travel industry.
She brings years of experience as a Travel Agent in Northern California plus she was Regional Sales Manager in Southern California with Hawaii World/Distinguished Resorts. Most recently, Nancy was the West Coast Representative for The Westbury Hotel, before joining the Tauck team. Earning her ‘CTC’ was a proud moment to reach a higher level of industry knowledge and commitment.

Annette has a wealth of knowledge in selling Tauck from the “other side of the desk.” For a decade she worked with Prime Time Travel Club in Bellport, NY, where she introduced Tauck to thousands of travelers. In her previous role at Central Federal Savings Bank, she created a successful travel club for thousands of customers. Prior to Tauck, she was District Sales Manager for Norwegian Cruise Line.
Annette holds a B.A. from Hunter College and an M.A. from Hofstra University.

Aiden has worked in the travel industry for over ten years working in the UK and more recently the Middle East where he held a senior positions for one of the largest and most respected travel companies in the region. Aiden was also recently awarded Arabian Travel News ‘Leisure Travel Manager’ of the Year for the Middle East 2010.
Prior to his move to the Middle East, Aiden held senior positions in the UK with a variety of organizations including Qantas Holidays, specializing in all forms of long-haul tour operation.
