Navin Sawhney joined Tauck in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

An 18-year veteran of the luxury travel industry with significant expertise in developing premium consumer products for the international market, Navin spent 13 years with Cunard Line, where he held the title of Senior Vice President of Marketing and served as a member of Cunard’s Executive Committee.

Before joining Cunard, Navin held several leadership roles in marketing and strategic planning for Holland America. Most recently, Navin served as president and founder of Insite Global Marketing, an international consultancy specializing in strategic sales and marketing development.

Navin earned his MBA degree from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and holds degrees in Economics and Corporate Law from schools in India.

Rick Baron, CTC

As Director of Strategic Accounts, Rick is responsible for Tauck’s alliances with national accounts such as AAA, American Express, Signature Travel Network, Virtuoso and others. Rick is also responsible for strategic accounts nationwide. Rick joined Tauck in 1977 as a Tauck Director, taking guests throughout New England, Eastern Canada and Hawaii for many years. Since 1989, he has held various positions with Tauck’s sales force. Rick has developed numerous sales and marketing symposiums and travel presentations and has instructed thousands of travel professionals in how to increase their sales through their alliance with Tauck. He is a Tauck spokesperson at major industry events and has been instrumental in the company's success. 

Rick is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Marketing & Sales Management.

Angela Caes Global Sales & Incentive Director 203-899-6813 acaes@tauck.com    Angela has 10 plus years in the tourism industry in the areas of Sales, Brand Management, Market Development and Strategic Planning with experience in public speaking and event management.   As Global Sales & Incentive Director, Angela is the national account manager for Signature Travel Network and directs the expansion and development of new markets and channels to sell Tauck.  Caes leads the international sales team and is proud to welcome sales from more than 30 countries worldwide.     Angela graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College with a degree in International Studies and English

Mitzi Hogoboom

Sales Development Manager

Mitzi manages Tauck’s email campaigns to agents, creates and develops marketing campaigns with our partners and individual agencies, and works closely with our outside Sales Team of Business Development Managers. She came to Tauck in 1999, working in our product operations department, where she fine-tuned our itineraries for Northern Europe. She moved into Sales in 2002. Mitzi’s prior experience was in the airline industry, working with both TWA and Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Mitzi holds a BA in Economics from Hunter College and CTA/CTC certificates.
